Hike for Hope supporting Hope Hospice

Welcome. The Hike for Hope is an annual memorial hike and fundraiser, benefitting Hope Hospice. As a non-profit organization, Hope relies on this important event to raise crucial funding for patient care and to keep our grief support services, dementia education, and family caregiver resources available to the community at no charge.

2026 Registration
Parking is included with your registration fee; a link to download your parking permit will be provided in your registration confirmation email; print out the permit and bring to the park (mobile screenshots are not accepted).
If you register by April 14, you get an invitation for early bird T-shirt pickup in advance of the event. This is the best way to ensure you receive your preferred shirt size.
For those who sign up after April 14, a limited quantity of shirts in various sizes are available on a first come, first served basis at the park on event day. Shirts are provided as a courtesy and to promote the community spirit of this event; we cannot guarantee availability.
Hike for Hope is a celebration of the outdoors and, for many participants, a remembrance of family and loved ones who have passed away. It's also a fundraiser for Hope Hospice, which has cared for families across the East Bay Tri-Valley and neighboring communities.
Your support makes it possible for Hope to respond to the growing and diverse needs in our community and help families to safely care at home for their loved one who is at the end of life. Hope brings expert nursing care, home health aide services, and support by medical social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and others to compassionately deliver the help families need.
