Hike for Hope supporting Hope Hospice

Welcome. The Hike for Hope is an annual memorial hike and fundraiser, benefitting Hope Hospice. As a non-profit organization, Hope relies on this important event to raise crucial funding for patient care and to keep our grief support services, dementia education, and family caregiver resources available to the community at no charge.

Shirts are provided as a courtesy and to promote the community spirit of this event; we cannot guarantee availability. Following the hike, there will be a BBQ catered by Yummies California Soul.

Hike for Hope is a celebration of the outdoors and, for many participants, a remembrance of family and loved ones who have passed away. It's also a fundraiser for Hope Hospice, which has cared for families across the East Bay Tri-Valley and neighboring communities. There will also be a barbeque following the hike.
Your support makes it possible for Hope to respond to the growing and diverse needs in our community and help families to safely care at home for their loved one who is at the end of life. Hope brings expert nursing care, home health aide services, and support by medical social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and others to compassionately deliver the help families need.
