Paul Niedzwiecki, CEO, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce

Paul Niedzwiecki assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce on July 1, 2021. Mr. Niedzwiecki is a public policy professional and attorney with more than two decades of experience in public administration and crafting environmental and economic policy on Cape Cod.


Kristy Senatori, Executive Director, Cape Cod Commission

Kristy Senatori leads the Cape Cod Commission in designing innovative land use policies, environmental and community resilience strategies, and comprehensive economic development initiatives through a multi-disciplinary approach.  She promotes collaboration among communities through information and regionalization projects and the implementation of decision support platforms designed to create efficiencies. 


Rob Brennan, Counsel, Smolak & Vaughan LLP

Rob Brennan is counsel with the law firm of Smolak & Vaughn focusing on real estate, land use, and housing development. Rob holds positions on numerous boards including as founder and President of the Massachusetts Housing & Climate Innovation Center, Director for the Cape Cod Climate Change Collaborative, Chair of the Government Affairs Committee of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts (HBRAMA), and on the State & Local Government Affairs Committee and the Leadership Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He is recognized as a regional and national thought-leader on housing production, economic development and environmental law.


Julian Cyr, Massachusetts State Senator, Cape & Islands District

Julian Cyr serves in the Massachusetts Senate representing Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. First elected to the State Senate in November 2016, Julian is now serving in his fourth term and is among the youngest senators in the 40-member body. He serves as the Senate Assistant Majority Whip, Chair of the Joint Committee on Public Health, Vice Chair of the Joint Committee on Mental Health, Substance Use, and Recovery, and on committees with oversight of health care financing, housing, elder affairs, telecommunications, utilities and energy, and racial equity and inclusion.


Edward M. Augustus Jr., Massachusetts Secretary of Housing and Livable Communities

Edward M. Augustus, Jr. was appointed as the Secretary of the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities on June 1st, 2023. Mr. Augustus is a native of Worchester and has worked in public service for more than thirty years including two-terms as a Massachusetts State Senator and as the City Manager of Worcester from 2014-2022. During his tenure as City Manager, Mr. Augustus focused on continuing Worcester's economic development, supporting education and youth and making city government inclusive for all residents of New England’s second-largest city.

Ryan Castle serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® and MLS and the Martha's Vineyard MLS. He led the companies through a complete reorganization to re-engineer the culture of the Association and the MLS through investing in customer service, new real estate technologies, and revamping the community’s and member’s image of the Association to focus on delivering value, growing influence in the region, and running efficient, effective companies.
