Ryan Castle, CEO, Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®

Ryan Castle assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR) and MLS (CCIMLS) in September 2014. He was named the CEO of the Martha's Vineyard MLS (MVMLS) upon its incorporation in 2018. As the CEO, Ryan directs and oversees the operations and strategy of CCIAOR, CCIMLS, and MVMLS.


Paul Niedzwiecki, CEO, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce

Paul Niedzwiecki assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce on July 1, 2021. Mr. Niedzwiecki is a public policy professional and attorney with more than two decades of experience in public administration and crafting environmental and economic policy on Cape Cod.

Rob Brennan is the founder and President of the CapeBuilt Companies and is counsel with the law firm of Smolak & Vaughn focusing on real estate, land use, and housing development. Rob holds positions on numerous boards including as founder and President of the Massachusetts Housing & Climate Innovation Center, Director for the Cape Cod Climate Change Collaborative, a member of the Barnstable County Economic Development Council, Chair of the Government Affairs Committee of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts (HBRAMA), and on the State & Local Government Affairs Committee and the Leadership Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).  He is recognized as a regional and national thought-leader on housing production, economic development and environmental law.
