You can be a part of the Cold Collective from anywhere! Your backyard, your car, anywhere you want. You can participate as an individual or as part of a team. Past teams have created their own HQ's at their church, school, or a single participants home. It's up to you! Just be sure to have permission and a plan if the cold becomes unbearable.
