KTM Remote Golf Tournament

Tournament Format

The format is four-person, two best ball. Teams play one 18-hole round on any course between July 15 and August 15. Teams must submit digital score cards using the 18Birdies app.

The 18Birdies app calculates and applies a tournament handicap based on the slope and rating information of the specified course and each player's handicap index. The maximum handicap allowed for men is 24, for women 36.

Teams are required to score their rounds using the digital scorecard in the 18Birdies app.

  • A designated scorekeeper can score the round for the entire team. The scorekeeper must be a registered user of 18Birdies.
  • Other team members can play as guest users of 18Birdies (Only registered users can compete in the May Trucking Company Longest Drive Challenge.)

The tournament presents awards in the following categories:

  • Lowest Scoring Team (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place)
  • Men's Lowest Individual Net and Gross Score
  • Women's Lowest Individual Net and Gross Score
  • May Trucking Company Longest Drive (Player measures the length of their drive on their course's longest Par 5 with the 18Birdies Track Shot. To enter, player must be a registered user of 18Birdies.)
  • US Bank Golden Ball (Teams that complete tournament round still in possession of the designated "golden ball" get 2 strokes deducted from their team score.)

Players are allowed (2) mulligan, which may be used on any stroke with the exception of contest holes. Mulligans are available for purchase at registration or by clicking on a mulligan banner ad.
