Voice and Vino 2024

Carrie Jo Basham is a grew up in New Albany and is a graduate of New Albany High School. Following high school, Carrie attended Ideal Beauty Academy and Ivy Tech Community College.

Carrie began working for the City of Charlestown in 2020 and is currently the City of Charlestown’s Park Director.

Carries love for singing goes back to when she was very small, singing in a choir and Show Choir through elementary, middle school and high school. It is not surprising that in addition to enjoying time with her family, she loves to Craft and sing Karaoke.

When asked why she agreed to perform, Carrie stated-“ Being able to do something you love and helping raise money for such a wonderful cause- what could be better.”

Carrie is married and the proud mother of two boys, three stepchildren and one grandchild. When relaxing, Carrie says she enjoys a glass of White wine.
