Fancy has been a Re/Max First-Realtor Realtor for twenty-seven years. Married to Mark Smith, they have a blended family of four adult children and fourteen grandchildren.

Fancy loves to hike, read and enjoys volunteering with our Veterans, addicts, seniors and homeless loved ones in our community.

A lover of old country and Christian music, Fancy’s music performances of late have been primarily limited to her bedroom with her sister.

Fancy’s love for volunteer work goes hand in hand for her willingness to perform at Voice and Vino. The services that LifeSpan Resources offers fit well with the volunteer work she does at the nursing home and protecting Seniors.  Following Fancy’s performance don’t be surprised to see her relaxing with a glass of buttery chardonnay.

Keri grew up in Louisville, Kentucky where she attended Holy Cross High School. Keri has been married to her husband, Kieth Duncan, CEO of Black Diamond Pest Control, twenty-two years, A former hairdresser, Keri has been a stay-at-home Mom for the past 18 years and likes to say she is the CEO of home operations of Duncan Enterprises.

Owning a houseboat on Dale Hollow Lake, Keri and her family love all things water related, such as waterboarding, jet-skiing, fishing and more. Keri says she is a crafter, painter, and hat maker when she has the time.

While Keri loves all music, her favorite is Country, she has been singing since she was a little girl and remembers competing in several singing competitions.

Helping Life Span Resources in its efforts to serve the community and the services it offers is the primary motivation Keri wanted to be a part of Voice and Vino and once its over you may see her enjoying a nice glass of Pinot.
