Friends, as many of you know, I have had ulcerative colitis for 25+ years. I have suffered with its debilitating symptoms, constantly searching for medications and therapies that could help. Ten years ago, after developing dysplasia, I elected to have a total colectomy with J-pouch. Today, I counsel newly diagnosed patients while I work to increase awareness of this dreadful disease and raise funds to support researchers who are working to develop new therapies. I pray one day we will find a cure, but until that time, I ask for your generous donation to help in the fight!
On November 7, 2020 I am being honored at the CCF’s Evening of Hope Gala event. While the event this year is virtual, the need to raise funds is critical. I would be grateful for your support!
Known collectively as inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis affect millions of Americans. The Foundation's mission is to cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults who are affected by these diseases. No gift is too small when we work together. Please join me by donating today, every dollar gets us closer to cures!
Thank you so much.
