Tell us about him/her. Beautiful, smart, talented, creative and kind describe this young woman who did not make it to her 42nd birthday. She grew up in Estacada OR, thrived in High School and moved to Seattle to study photography at the Seattle Institute of Art. She was a talented photographer. Crohn's disease contributed to a lot of pain and struggle in her last years. Her loss is felt deeply by her parents, extended family and many friends in the Northwest.

What made him/her smile? Carrie wildly loved the theater and saw every Broadway musical she could. She had an extravagant dramatic flair. Seattle streets in October would find her strolling in wildly outrageous costumes. Carrie made the world smile.
