Zanda Schirn passed away on June 16, 2022. Prior to her death, Zanda requested that, in lieu of flowers, people make donations to the CCFA in her memory.
Zanda has been committed to finding a cure for Crohn's disease since her granddaughter, Maya, was diagnosed with the illness in 2011. It was Zanda's hope that a cure for Crohn's is discovered during her granddaughter's lifetime.
