C-U at Home helps individuals who are ready to take steps out of homelessness move toward a healthy, whole, and independent future. Pathways to Progress is a 12-18 month program that includes intensive case-management support, assistance connecting with community resources for help with addition recovery and mental/physical health needs, life skills development, and housing navigation. These services are provided in a home-based, supportive living environment.
Since its inception, C-U at Home has played a crucial role in providing a supportive environment for individuals experiencing homelessness or transitioning from substance abuse recovery programs or incarceration. We operate residential shelters for men and women (capacity 8 each) along with several other smaller "advanced shelter" residences where clients experience more independence within a structure of accountability. Altogether, we serve around two dozen individuals at any given time.
