What is PetWalk?​​

PetWalk is the Hawaiian Humane Society’s signature annual community fundraiser. It is a time where the local community raises critical funds on behalf of the Hawaiian Humane Society throughout the months of September and October. We thank those who raise funds with exclusive mahalo gifts and opportunities to celebrate the human-animal bond.

When is PetWalk 2022?

PetWalk will be on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 8 am – 12 pm at Kapi’olani Park in Honolulu.

Fundraising will take place from September through October.

How long is the actual walk?
The walk will be 1.8 miles, around Kapi'olani Park. If you or your animal are not able to walk that far, that's okay! Take your time and stroll around, and check out all the vendors that will be there.

Is there a registration fee?​

To register as a PetWalk participant, the fee is $25. Registration includes a Petwalk 2022 commemorative t-shirt (or upgrade to a tank top) and sponsor swag. 

Registered participants will receive an email to coordinate t-shirt pick up at Hawaiian Humane Society during the week of PetWalk.

Do I need to register my pet?

No. Pets are free! The registration fee is just for the humans that will be participating. We ask that all pets be leashed and/or with their owner at all times. 

What if I don't want to register online?​

We will have on-site registration at the event. You will also receive a PetWalk 2022 commemorative t-shirt (or upgrade to a tank top) and sponsor swag.

Can I mail in cash or check donations I collected?

Yes. Please ensure checks are made out to the Hawaiian Humane Society.
