You must be logged in to modify the e-mail address in your account profile:
Hover over your name in the top right side of the navigation bar and click "Edit Profile"

How do I add team members?

Team members must each register themselves and can then join your team.  Because personal contact information and passwords are selected when registering, each participant must be the one to enter this information.
