Join the Helpline Center in raising awareness and prevention of suicide throughout South Dakota.  100% of all proceeds go to the Suicide and Crisis program at the Helpline Center.

For over 30 years, the Helpline Center has been South Dakota's leader for suicide prevention and aftercare services.  By stepping forward, your participation will help support the Helpline Center's suicide prevention trainings and grief support services for survivors.

If you or someone you know is having thoughts of suicide, the Helpline Center's trained staff is available through our suicide and crisis lifeline at 988 all day, every day.  ​

During the Step Forward to Prevent Suicide on June 8th, a beloved tradition of the event is a remembrance ceremony where we will read the names of loved ones lost by suicide. If you would like your loved one’s name read, please click here to complete the form. We ask that all names are submitted by Friday, June 7th at noon.
