2023 Strikes for Stronger Families Bowl-a-thon

We are excited to announce that, after a 2-year hiatus, NVFS’ Strikes for Stronger Families Bowl-a-thon will return, in person, on Saturday, March 18th! Your participation in this fun, team event supports the work of NVFS’ SERVE Campus which provides a variety of vital programs and resources that address the immediate needs of families and individuals in crisis. This stabilizing support helps them build the foundation they need for future success.​

Northern Virginia Family Service’s SERVE campus addresses the immediate needs of families and individuals in crisis by offering them the stabilizing support they need to become self-sufficient and develop the potential for future success.

​How to participate:

1. Reserve your lane today by emailing JWarren@nvfs.org. Gather up to 6 of your family, friends and co-workers for a fun time to help empower local families in our area. Team fundraising minimum requirement is $425 – that is only $70 per person! Prizes will be awarded to top fundraisers (individual & team).
2. Become an event sponsor. Sponsorships are a great way to show the community that your business is committed to supporting our neighbors in need.
3. Create a virtual team. Want to help fundraise for SERVE but are unable to bowl on March18^th? You still can! Virtual teams are welcome and eligible to compete for the Top Individual Fundraiser or Top Team Fundraiser. If you bowl-on-your-own by March 17 and submit a photo of your score to JWarren@nvfs.org, you will also be eligible for Top Individual Bowling Score! 
4. Make a donation to the bowl-a-thon that will directly benefit families in the Greater Prince William area.
