About Stop Traffic Walk Sand Diego

San Diego is on the FBI's worst list for reports of human trafficking. It is estimated that as many as 8,000 victims are trafficked annually throughout San Diego. It is time to stand up as a community and make a difference!

The San Diego Stop Traffic Walk and event helps to educate our community on the issue of human trafficking. We also help to support survivors by raising funds for the nation’s largest human trafficking rescue & rehabilitation operation in North America and the Coastline Dream Center Stop Trafficking program. The funds you raise through Stop Traffic Walk will help trafficked individuals and give them the skills necessary to build a strong and vibrant life.

The San Diego Stop Traffic Walk event will have guest speakers, games for children, food vendors, entertainment, and more. The walk will be less than a mile. This is your time to take a stand against the injustice that is taking place today and also show your support for survivors.

Why Participate?

HUMAN TRAFFICKING. It’s modern-day slavery. And it’s believed to be the third-largest criminal activity in the world. There are an estimated 40 million victims of human trafficking, globally.

The Stop Traffic Walk raises funds for the nation’s largest human trafficking rescue & rehabilitation operation in North America. The funds you raise through the Stop Traffic Walks in Asheville will also help local efforts to raise awareness through the Hope Starts Here program. Our goal is to rescue trafficked individuals, and give them the skills necessary to build a strong and vibrant life.
