What is the Telethon for Hope?

This year, Housing Assistance is proud to present the 19th Annual Telethon for Hope community fundraiser! This event raises critical funds to help others during the season of giving. Your support will give hope to the more than 6,000 people who come into Housing Assistance on an annual basis seeking a safe, stable place to call home.

Whether you fundraise as an individual or with a team, you'll be offering hope to our clients who need it most with every dollar you raise! Now more than ever, our homes are the foundation to keeping us safe, happy, and healthy.

How will my donation make a difference?

You will be giving hope to our most vulnerable neighbors needing access to critical housing services during these uncertain times. By donating, you'll be supporting Housing Assistance's programs and services which include: homeless prevention, homeless outreach, operating three family shelters, plus creating more affordable and attainable housing. Housing Assistance helps over 6,000 households per year secure the safe, stable housing they need to live and thrive on Cape Cod and the Islands.

How do I start fundraising?

The Telethon for Hope will be celebrated virtually throughout the 12 Day Give-A-Thon starting Monday, November 28th through Friday, December 9th! All fundraisers are invited to register and setup their online fundraising campaign. 

You can fundraise in the weeks and days leading up to the 12 Day Give-A-Thon campaign! 

Fundraise as an individual or on a team! Connect with friends, family, and colleagues who share your passion for giving back and helping others. Together, you'll create more awareness while showing what it truly means to be a community.

Do I need to register?

Yes! Fundraisers are encouraged to set up an online fundraising campaign to collect online donations.

Is there a registration fee or fundraising minimum?

There is no registration fee. We strongly encourage all participants to raise at least $100! When supporters raise $500 they will receive a special a Telethon for Hope pin.

How do I become a Telethon for Hope Sponsor?

We appreciate your interest! Your gift of sponsorship will give hope to the more than 6,000 people who come into Housing Assistance on an annual basis seeking a safe, stable place to call home. Thank you for your consideration to become a Telethon for Hope sponsor, making a difference in our community, and giving hope to our clients who need it most!
