Our team is here to support our Telethon Fundraisers! We'll be checking in to see how your fundraising efforts are going and to personally thank you for your generous support.
Be the HOPE to your neighbors need this winter! Last year, our staff, board members, volunteers, donors, and supporters stepped up to the challenge, raising over $85,000 in support of our mission. This year, you can help us surpass that total and give hope to those who need it most.

1. GET REGISTERED
Register now to become a Telethon Fundraiser! Make sure to include a photo and share your story to let people know why you're fundraising to support Housing Assistance Corporation.
2. SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT YOUR FUNDRAISER
Ask family, friends, and colleagues to make a pledge or donate today! All donations are tax-deductible and support our many neighbors in need.
Share your fundraiser on social media and update your fundraising cavalry about your progress, and why safe, stable housing is important to you!
3. GET SOCIAL
Post pictures on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. Let your friends know why you're participating in this year's Telethon and why housing is important to you!
Post pictures + #HACTelethon22 on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and they'll be featured in our Photo Gallery!

There is no minimum fundraising requirement; however, we do encourage all participants to fundraise at least $100. Supporters who raise $500 will receive a Telethon for Hope commemorative pin.
Collecting Online Donations: Fundraisers are encouraged to set up an online fundraising campaign to collect online donations. Starting a campaign is easy - click here to become a Telethon Fundraiser. To learn more about fundraising, check out the Fundraising Tips section below.
Collecting Offline Donations (Cash & Checks): Please have each donor complete the Telethon for Hope Donation Form (Download PDF) to capture their offline donation details.
Submitting Offline Donations (Cash & Checks): Fundraisers are asked to track offline donations by filling out the Telethon for Hope Pledge Form (Download PDF). This form helps our staff manage offline donations and ensures we credit the right fundraiser/fundraising campaign. Once you complete the steps below our staff will contact you to confirm receipt.
Checks should be made out to Housing Assistance Corporation with Telethon for Hope in the memo line.
Mail or drop-off your completed Pledge Form, Donation Form(s), and Cash/Checks to our main office. Please make sure to include a copy of your Pledge Form and collect cash/checks we encourage you to mail your offline donations to our attention so our fundraising totals are up to date on event day!

Drop-off in person: Our front desk office hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. There is also a locked drop-box outside the main entrance where you can leave your sealed envelope if our staff are not available.
TOP FUNDRAISER AWARDS & PRIZES
Top Individual - Our top individual fundraiser will be awarded our Telethon for Hope Traveling Trophy! Top individual will also be featured in a special photo op with the trophy for our HACbeat newsletter.
Top Team - Our top fundraising team will be gifted a pizza party to celebrate (location TBD) and awarded our Telethon for Hope Traveling Trophy! Top team will also be featured in a special photo op with the trophy for our HACbeat newsletter.
What's a "Traveling Trophy"? - In an effort to inspire some friendly competition the individual and team trophies will "travel" from fundraiser to fundraiser! Every year, the top fundraising team name and event year will be engraved on the base of the trophy.
Through OneCause, you can EARN POINTS as you fundraise, post photos, spread the word, and ACHIEVE MILESTONES! When you achieve a milestone a special badge is added to your fundraising page to acknowledge your achievement. When your supporters visit your fundraising page they'll see how hard you're working to make a difference. See below to learn how you can start earning points and achieving milestones.
