Champion Circle Overview
The Team IMPACT Young Professional Champions Circle (YPCC) is chartered with increasing awareness and support for Team IMPACT by engaging young professionals and recent graduates, with the goal of spreading Team IMPACT’s mission into their workplace(s) and their everyday lives. The YPCC shall represent a diverse group of individuals and professional backgrounds. The YPCC will offer an opportunity to connect and support a growing organization, in addition to networking with like-minded individuals.
WHAT WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE YPCC?
- Fundraise - YPCC members will support the YP Board in fundraising including but not limited to Team IMPACT fundraising events, annual giving campaigns and soliciting corporate sponsorships and donations (when applicable)
- Support Team IMPACT giving campaigns by sharing on social media and with your personal and/or professional networks.
- When applicable/feasible, solicit corporate sponsorships to support Team IMPACT events.
- In conjunction with the Young Professionals Board, host at least one fundraising event each year.
- Recruit - Elevate and empower your community and network to join Team IMPACT. Through your personal and professional network, recruit new interested parties to attend and/or volunteer at Team IMPACT events.
- Philanthropy – consider making an annual gift to Team IMPACT that is meaningful to you.
- Engagement
- Attend at least one (1) young professionals’ event each year.
- Bring at least two (2) people to an annual fundraising event.
- Promote TI events and activities to at least ten (10) people in your personal and/or professional network.
