Part 1: 10:00min AMRAP/Partnered
Score is total reps.
10 Single Arm DB Devils Press #50 men/35# women
20 Pull Ups
10 Single Arm DB Thruster #50/35
20 Split Squat Jumps

At the 10:00 mark run 400m with partner

Part 2: Score is total Cals.
Max Cal Row until the 15:00 Mark
Followed by Max Cal Ski until 18:00 Mark
Lastly Max Cal Bike until the 20:00.
