About Honolulu Habitat Veterans Build

Every veteran deserves a place to call home.

We are teaming up with military and veteran families, volunteers and community organizations to build a home for a veteran family who served our country proudly. Honolulu Habitat's Veterans Build is a two-day special event to raise funds and awareness for affordable housing, while honoring those who have served our country.

Four teams of active military, veteran and civilian volunteers will participate in building the home of a local U.S. veteran and raise money to empower future homeowners in their journey toward strength, stability, and independence.

Mahalo for your interest in Honolulu Habitat for Humanity’s Veteran Build. Through this initiative, you can help us provide volunteer, homeownership and employment opportunities to U.S. veterans, military service members and their families.

Any gift, no matter the size, helps a Habitat veteran family create a better life for themselves and future generations. You can donate to the Habitat Veteran Build in honor or memory of a military veteran. The person you honor or family of the veteran you give in memory will receive a card in the mail recognizing your gift in their name.
