Welcome to the Woofstock 5K Fun Run + 1-Mile Leash-urely Walk benefiting the Humane Society of Carroll County! Woofstock is a celebration of community, compassion, and our shared love of animals. Whether you're participating in the 5K, enjoying a leisurely stroll during the Leash-urely Walk, cheering on friends and family, or simply joining us for the festivities, Woofstock offers a fun-filled day for animal lovers of all ages.

More than just a race, Woofstock is a community festival designed to bring people together while raising critical funds for homeless and vulnerable animals. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy live entertainment, local vendors, family-friendly activities, food, games, and opportunities to connect with fellow animal lovers from across the region. The event will also feature a Wiener Dog Race, sure to bring plenty of laughs and excitement for participants and spectators alike.

Every dollar raised through Woofstock helps the Humane Society of Carroll County provide shelter, medical care, enrichment, adoption services, and lifesaving support for animals in need. By participating in the event, you're already making a difference—but we hope you'll take your impact even further by helping us raise additional funds for the animals who rely on our care.

Each participant will receive a personal fundraising page that can be easily shared with friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers. We encourage everyone to set a goal of raising at least $50 to support the animals of the Humane Society of Carroll County. A few small donations can quickly add up to make a meaningful difference, helping provide everything from daily meals and enrichment to medical treatment and adoption support.

Looking for an even bigger way to help? Become a Team Captain and recruit your own pack! Gather your friends, family members, coworkers, classmates, neighbors, or social groups and create a team to support the animals together. Team fundraising is a fun way to build camaraderie, inspire friendly competition, and amplify your impact. Whether your team consists of three people or thirty, you'll be helping more animals find safety, care, and loving homes.

To celebrate the incredible efforts of our supporters, participants and teams will earn prizes and special recognition as they reach fundraising milestones. The more you raise, the more lives you help change.

The Woofstock celebration begins the evening before with Bark Before the Park, a special gathering on the pavilion at Wakefield Valley Event Center featuring great food, live music, and a chance to connect with fellow supporters who share our passion for lifesaving work.
