What you need to know for Race Day!

Pre-Registration Packet Pick Up:

For your convenience we have two opportunities to pick up your runner’s bib and turn in your fundraising dollars prior to race day!

Thursday, April 20

Location: Fleet Feet Syracuse

5800 Bridge St, East Syracuse, NY 13057

Time: 4 – 6 p.m.

Friday, April 21

Location: Rosamond Gifford Zoo

Time: 1 – 6 p.m.

Fundraising: Fundraising donations may be submitted in advance, during packet-pick-up or day of the race! Level prizes will be ordered once we have received your donations. Once items have been received at the zoo we will notify you that they are ready to be picked up.

Race Waves & Arrival Times: We have 5 total race waves, each runner is assigned to a specific wave (your wave is in the information below). Please let us know if you have any questions.
Wave 1 Start Time: 7 a.m. Suggested arrival time: 6:40 a.m.
Wave 2 Start Time: 7:40 a.m. Suggested arrival time: 7:15 a.m.
Wave 3 Start Time: 8:30 a.m. Suggested arrival time: 7:45 a.m.
Wave 4 Start Time: 9:20 a.m. Suggested arrival time: 8:35 a.m.
Joey Jog Start Time: 10:15 a.m. Suggested arrival time: 9:45 a.m.

Please refer to your registration confirmation email to see your assigned wave. Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your wave start time. If you have already picked up your registration packet, please proceed to the “Pre-Registered Check In” lane. If you have not picked up your registration packet during the Pre-Registration Packet Pick Up Day on April 20 or 21, please proceed to the “Registration Packet Pick Up” lane. Please allow for an additional 15 minutes if you need to pick up your registration packet on race day.

Race Materials: Make sure you have your race bib. Your race bib can be found in your registration packet. Please have your race bib visible during check in. Dress for the weather! The race will take place outside rain, snow or shine – so make sure to dress appropriately. Water and a post-race snack will be provided for all participants.
