Facing a heart diagnosis can be overwhelming.  Brave Hearts provides support to families while they are in the hospital to let them know that they are not alone. This level of support includes:

• Welcome bags with resources for patients and their families
• Surgery heart pillows
• Cardiac Care Cupboard with items that provide comfort and entertainment
• Patient and family support with our Brave Hearts Snack Pantry and Heart of a Bookworm Book Cart
