The HIV arena has changed dramatically since RAIN began. In the early years, an HIV diagnosis was life threatening. Today, with appropriate medical care, people with HIV can live long, successful lives. RAIN has remained relevant by keeping the needs of each individual at the forefront of how we implement our programs and services.
