?

What food and drink will be provided for me?

Due to Covid-19, the Bike to Beat Cancer will be asking participants to ride from home, the gym, your neighborhood or one of four fully-marked routes throughout Greater Louisville.  Each route will have one fuel stop open from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. that will provide pre-packaged snacks and hydration.  Snacks will be pre-packaged and include pretzels, fruit (such as bananas and apples), trail mix and granola bars. Drinks include water and individual powder drinks.

Packet pick-up will take place on Friday, Sept. 11 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. or Saturday, Sept. 12 from 7 to 10 a.m.  Please check out our schedule of events above to learn more about the day of the event.

Where should I park for packet pick-up?

Packet pick-up will be drive thru so participants are asked to remain in their vehicle.

My family and friends want to cheer for me. Where can they go along the route?
We love to have your family and friends help cheer you on! To properly allow for social distancing at this year’s ride, we ask that family & friends cheer participants on using the provided RaceJoy app sponsored by Eisai Pharmaceutical.  Download the
RaceJoy mobile app for Live Rider Tracking.

Should I have someone follow me along the route to ensure my safety?

Due to the nature of this year’s event, this year’s ride will not be supported. Riders should inform a family member or friend about their participation in case you need assistance.  In case of true emergency, riders are asked to call 9-1-1.
