Event Details
Arrival / check-In
We ask everyone who attends our event to register! There is no cost for walkers to register. Please share your team’s unique URL link with friends and family who plan on joining you!
5K walk
Enjoy the walk course that takes you through the park.
Sun and skin protection
Many medications can make you sensitive to the sun. Please wear sunscreen and bring an umbrella if you need extra coverage.
Survivor Fun!
Survivor Tent
We welcome anyone who has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer to join us at our Survivor Celebration Tent. Receive your commemorative t-shirt, leave your handprint on our annual Survivor Banner, and grab your teal beads and ribbon wands for the opening ceremony.

Teal Ornaments
You will have an opportunity to personalize an ornament to hang on our awareness tree at Brookfield Zoo in December. All supplies provided.
Handprint banner
Join our cherished tradition! In the Survivor Tent, you can leave your mark by placing your handprint and the year of your diagnosis on our beloved banner. (Gloves and paint will be provided)
Butterfly Quilt
You will have an opportunity to create a square for the 2025 quilt. All supplies provided.
"Beauty Bar by Beauty Craft"
Our newest addition! Stop by to get your teal hair extension and other tips and samples.
Teal beads
You will be given teal beads to wear, symbolizing your journey. Each strand represents a year since your original diagnosis, honoring your strength and resilience.

Keep this close; you will need it for our Opening Ceremony
More Than Just a Walk! Spirit Tent Chance to Win Tent Shop for our cause! Whether you're looking for the perfect holiday gift or want to treat yourself to something special, here you'll be able to take your chance on some incredible prizes. Win some amazing items so generously donated by our local businesses! Ticket sales begin at 8:00 AM. and close at 11:10 AM. Drawing is at 11:15 AM Cost: 1 ticket for $5.00 and 5 Tickets for $20.00. VIP Tent
Join us in our special tent for teams that raise $5000+ and individual participants that raise $1000 or more. We will have special food, mocktails, a special drawing and give aways for all of our top fundraisers! Facebook Create a Facebook Fundraiser! Simply log in to your dashboard, look for "connect to Facebook," and create a page! Your fundraising will support the many programs of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. Here are some fun and easy fundraising ideas. We also have some great incentives, including an entry to winning two round-trip American Airlines tickets for every $250 raised! Pathways of Hope See your healthcare team in the “lights”! Do you think the world of your doctor, nurse, or healthcare team? Would they want to see their name and logo on our run/walk path as part of our PATHWAYS OF HOPE? For more information on Pathways of Hope, simply download this FLYER and send it to your healthcare team so they can support you and the community. 2024 Together in TEAL T-Shirts All registered participants who raise a minimum of $100 will receive a 2024 Together in TEAL® event t-shirt. All registered survivors will receive a special survivor t-shirt celebrating and honoring their role in our 2024 Together in TEAL ® event regardless of fundraising level. Registered survivors who raise $100 or more will receive two t-shirts - a TEAL survivor t-shirt and 2024 Together in TEAL® event t-shirt. You will pick up your t-shirt at the Rewards Tent (for those who have fundraised $100+). There will be opportunities to pick up t-shirts ahead of the event. Details coming soon. Need Help?
