What a great day and a great event! More than 2,100 supporters and dreamers joined us at the 5K and helped us raise funds to support LOCAL children with life-threatening medical conditions by bringing hope and joy through the power of a dream fulfilled. There is still a little time to contribute to this campaign by making a donation to Dreams Come True. We appreciate your support!
Dreams Come True is the First Coast’s ONLY locally-based dream granting organization dedicated to using the power of a dream to bring hope and joy to EVERY First Coast child battling a life-threatening medical condition. Since 1984, we have fulfilled the dreams of more than 4,600 children. No child is ever denied a dream and no child is ever placed on a waiting list.
In addition to granting children’s dreams, Dreams Come True supports Dreamers and their families during their entire medical journey through the Special Times program. Special Times include treatment milestone celebrations, back-to-school supplies, holiday support, special events, concerts, meals, and even college scholarships for dreamers and their siblings.

Meet Bentley, an 11-year-old representing Duval County!
Bentley was referred to Dreams Come True after being diagnosed with a brain tumor. In 2023, he went on his dream trip to Disney World where he stayed at Give Kids the World Village! Bentley enjoys playing Roblox, watching Peter Pan, reading Captain Underpants and drawing. We are so excited to have Bentley as a 2024 Dreams Come True 5K ambassador!
