Extracurricular activities are expensive and become an unattainable dream for children in need due to the already stretched budgets of their families. With funding being cut from youth sports, physical education being taken out of schools, as well as the expense to participate in organized sports, Kroenke Sports Charities is proud to support the giveSPORTS program because it is a bridge to help a child stay active and put them on the path to a higher GPA and a higher attendance rate.

We know that children who have the opportunity to play sports learn many life lessons such as teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, responsibility, ethics, time management, how to strive to win and how to cope with losing. All of these skills translate into the classroom and one day, into careers.
