3K Walk: 9:00 am
5K Fun Run: 9:45 am
5K Race: 10:30 am
Location
The start line is at the intersection of Crafts Avenue and Old South Street in Downtown Northampton.
Registration
Adults: $35
Students & Seniors: $25
Kids 12 and under: $20
Registration fees increase by $5 on November 9th, and registration closes on December 4th at 9:00PM (unless we sell out first!).
Coming to Northampton for the Hot Chocolate Run? Make a day of it!
Come on Friday or Saturday and enjoy the restaurants, shops, galleries and performances offered in Northampton. Or come Sunday morning for the event, and stay for lunch, a coffee, and holiday shopping. Please visit the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce for information about shops, restaurants, and events in our area.
Event Amenities
On event day you will find several amenities available for your use, free of charge. These include the following:
Warming Tent: Generously hosted by Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Located in the expo area, warm up your toes or grab a quick massage thanks to our friends at Cooley Dickinson!
Bag Check: Free bag check is available in the expo area. Each participant's bib has a tag for bag check. Please do not leave valuable items in bag check, and make sure that all of your items are fully contained within a bag and are not singular items of clothing etc.
Food and Beverages: Water and light refreshments, as well as each participant's mug of homemade hot chocolate, can be found in the expo area at the end of the finish chute.
Bathrooms: Porta potties (including wheelchair accessible ones) will be available race day in the upper lot.
Bib Pick-up
Your bib information will be sent out by email on Friday, December 4th.
You have two choices for bib pickup: 1) Pick up your bib early on Saturday, December 5th from 12-4 at Jackson Street School, Northampton 2) Pick up your bib at the event itself beginning at 8:00 on Old South St, Northampton
