Have you marked your calendars yet? The 26th Hill Country Ride for AIDS will be on, May 3rd, 2025, and This year's theme will be...........announced at our World AIDS Day Ceremony on December 1st, 2024! We promise...it's going to be a lot of fun and worth the anticipation. The picture above is a bit of a clue, and we'll sneak more in as we get closer to WAD.
For World AIDS DAY, we will be having two events on Sunday, December 1st.
Event 1 Pease Park - Walk of Silence Join us from 11a-1p at Pease Park From 11a-12p, we'll have our Look Back Ceremony and invite you to add a piece to our interactive story wall. Afterward, starting at 12p, we'll spend time interacting with our Walk of Silence around the Pease Park path. This event will be open to all ages and include light morning refreshments.
Event 2 RAIN on 4th - Launch of #HCRA2025 Registrations Starting at 6p, we will be partnering with the Kind Clinic and our other beneficiaries to Kick off their Rock The Ribbon Week and the first day of registering for the 26th Annual Hill Country Ride for AIDS. We'll be revealing our theme, building teams, and giving out prizes for the first 30 people (maybe even more) who register for next year's HCRA! We celebrate the chance, once again t, to come together to get outside and help to raise funds for the organizations that have been the pillars of the Austin Queer Community for even longer than our 26 years. Please invite people to both our events; the evening event will be +21.

* October 5th - The Friends of David Powell Clinic will be hosting a group ride at 9am from The Cavalier in East Austin, with a stop at a pancake social!
