Schedule for the Day

6 a.m.                         CHECK-IN - Castlewood Valley Course Clubhouse.

6:00-6:30 a.m.           BREAKFAST – Player breakfast at clubhouse.

6:30 a.m.                    Golfers to putting green for group picture.

6:45 a.m.                    Golfers to carts and head out to assigned starting position.

7:00 a.m.                    Shotgun Start

11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.   LUNCH - Pick up box lunch at Valley Clubhouse as you come through.

4:00 p.m.                    WINE and BEER Reception Begins - Wine, beer and appetizers at the Valley Club House.

5:00 p.m.                    END OF PLAY - regardless of where you are in the marathon, return to Club House.

5:15 p.m.                    DINNER - Buffet dinner service begins.

5:45 p.m.                    Remarks/Awards presentation.

6:00 p.m.                    Close of Festivities - See you next year!

Course Notes:

Two marshals will circulate on the front nine and two on the back nine.  They will help with pace of play, sand trap raking and divot repair.

Carts will be changed out as needed throughout the day at the Valley Course Clubhouse.

Snacks, water, soft drinks and beer will be available.
