How do I guarantee I will get the size I register for?
1. Register by no later than 9/15/26.
2, After 9/15/26, registered sizes will be provided while supplies last.
How will t-shirts be distributed?
1. Shirts will be available to be picked up at multiple locations during scheduled times the week of the walk.
2. If you selected a t-shirt and answered yes to the question, your t-shirt will be shipped. To ensure you receive your t-shirt/onesie on time, please complete your registration by 9/15/26.
3. Shirts will also be available to be picked up at the Buddy Walk® on Saturday October 24, 2026.
How do I edit my team page?
You'll be able to set a profile photo, cover photo, and team story when you create your team page, but you can return and edit it at anytime. While logged in, visit your team page and click the "Manage Your Team" button on the left side of the menu.
Note: You must be signed in as the team captain to edit your page.
Can friends & family donate to a Participant by going through the main website?
Yes. On the home page of the website, friends and family can locate a Participant by clicking on the "Donate" button and selecting search for an individual fundraiser or team. By typing in the name of the Participant, they will be directed to the Participant's personalized pledge page. If that participant is on a team then their donation will also be added to the team's total amount raised.
Why is the "Search Box" not finding a Participant that I know has registered?
You must type in the first name or last name of the Participant exactly how it is spelled. It is not case sensitive.
How can I see who has donated to me?
You can view and thank all your donors by clicking on the "Donors" tab next to "Updates" when you are logged in and then click "Donations."
I forgot my Username and Password. How can I find out what they are?
Click on “Sign In” in the top right corner, if you forgot your password click on the “forgot password” link. You will receive an email with your username and password.
