About R(un) for One - Jackson, MS

We have every expectation that our race will go on as scheduled.  To do so, we are preparing to take necessary COVID-related precautions to promote the safety of our runners:

  • With chip timing we will allow runners and walkers the option of a socially-distanced start. 

  • We will not be serving water on the course.  Runners and walkers must carry their own water.  We will have bottled water available at the starting line for runners to carry or runners can bring their own hydration packs or hand-held bottles.

1 Mile Fun R(un): 8:45 AM/ $15


ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 10:00 PM ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 21st. IN-PERSON REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE THE MORNING OF THE RACE.


Walk-up registration and packet pickup will be available from 4:00-6:00 at Fleet Feet in Ridgeland, 500 HWY 51, Suite Z, Ridgeland, MS 39157. If possible, please plan to register or pick up your packet on Friday to help ease the crowding Saturday morning.


Race registrations are non-refundable.  In the event of cancellation due to COVID-19, which we do not expect at this time, registrations will be converted to 100% tax-deductible donations and you will receive an acknowledgement of your gift for tax purposes.  Thank you for supporting Lifeline’s efforts to serve vulnerable children around the world.
