Step 1: Customize your personal fundraising page
- Click MANAGE MY PAGE to access your fundraising center
- Click SET UP MY PAGE
- Share your story! Write a headline for your page and a personal message. The more you share, the better!
- Customize your fundraising goal. Every dollar you raise will help HRC's election efforts
- Click SAVE
- Click ADD PHOTOS OR VIDEOS
- Use the wizards to upload from your computer or share from social media
Step 2: Email your friends, family and colleagues. There are several options!
- Send your personal fundraising link using your typical Gmail, Outlook, or other email client.
- Click VIEW MY PAGE on your account menu
- Copy/paste the customized URL
- Write your own personal message and be sure to include the URL
- Send automated email from your personal fundraising center
- Click MANAGE MY PAGE on your account menu to access your fundraising center
- Click RAISE AT LEAST $$$ in the menu
- Click ASK FRIENDS > ASK USING EMAIL
- Type the email addresses you would like to ask
- BONUS: If you linked your Google account, we can auto-fill the addresses from you Gmail address book
- Review the recommended message and make any personalizations
- BONUS: Attach a photo from your Equality Captain gallery
- Press SEND EMAIL
