⏳ Register as an Individual or a Team:
The Walk to Remember is more than just a walk, it’s a chance to honor loved ones, celebrate life, and support Hospice of the Western Reserve’s essential programs. Since 2012, the event has raised over $1.85 million, funding crucial services not covered by insurance, including:
- Pediatric palliative care & hospice
- Pain & symptom management for chronic illnesses
- Art & music therapy
- Comprehensive bereavement support
- Specialized programs for veterans
Registration Fee: $30 (Includes all-day zoo and rainforest admission + commemorative keepsake)
- Wristbands required for entry; distributed at registration (7:30-10:00 a.m.)
- Opening Ceremony: 8:45 a.m. | Walk Begins: 9:00 a.m.
Your participation helps enhance end-of-life care for patients and families in need. Let’s walk together to make a difference!
