Q: How do I register & fundraise for the BCCS Steps Toward Tomorrow Walk?

A: Visit www.p2p.onecause.com/bccswalk.

Search for your child’s school (or select the General Fund to support all BCCS), select your preference and register yourself and your family to walk!

Every family is encouraged to create a personal fundraising page connected to their selected school/program.

Once registered, visit the “participant center” to personalize your page, share why you are walking, upload photos, and invite friends and family to support you and this effort. 

Q: Why create a personal fundraising page?

Because people give to people.

When you share your story and invite your own network to support your effort, you help expand our reach beyond the BCCS community. This is how we all come together to reach our goal! 

Q: Is there a fee to register?

A: Yes.

$15 - Children 12 & Under

$20  - Adults

Each registration includes a BCCS Step Towards Tomorrow Walk T-Shirt.

Q: Can’t join that day, but would like to support?

A. Visit www.p2p.onecause.com/bccswalk to make a donation.

You can search for a walker or team by name, or donate to a specific school or program, or give to the general fund.

Q: I have a friend who would prefer to give by check or cash?

A: These are offline donations. Once you collect offline donations, download and complete the offline donation form and mail everything to:

Important: All checks should be made payable to Brookville Center for Children’s Services.
In the memo section/please write: BCCS Walk (your team name/child’s school, if applicable).

You can also drop off offline donations at your child’s school. The school office will forward them to the BCCS office in Brookville.

Offline donations will be added to your online fundraising total after they are received and processed.

Q: Can you tell me more about what to expect the day of the BCCS Walk?

A: Parking: On campus, staff assisted parking will be available. Please note, no cars will be able to enter the campus as of 9:45am and will reopen at 11:00am for people to exit.

Day of Registration: For those who missed online registration, there will be day of registration, which will begin at 9am.

The Walk will begin at 10am and walk around the BCCS Brookville campus. 

Day of schedule:

9:00am: Day of registration

9:45am: program begins

10:00am: Walk begins

10:30am+: After walk activities

After the Walk, stay and celebrate with us and visit:

• Wheatley Farms & Arts Center
• The Big Tree Greenhouse & Gifts Shop
• Other fun activities along the grounds

BCCS Steps Towards Tomorrow Walk is a “rain or shine” event. Please check the walk website in case of severe weather.
