Team- Post your practice runs, track your progress and build community with other participants here. You will also be able to view Coach Sam's training plan and check out our leader board for some healthy competition before race day.

Meet- Here is where you will enter you race day time and distance, so only post here on August 15-16th!

If you haven't already done it, you should link your Twitter and Instagram accounts. Then you can just use the hashtag #bigslittlesnycvirtual5k to keep your page updated with photos and videos that you share.
Invite your friends to join you, but make it a personal invitation. If you direct them to your page at {{participantUrl}}, they can register and be automatically added to your network for some friendly competition.
Share on social media. It's a great way to recruit your friends plus you earn points for doing it.
