Rules
Breakaway Winter Adventure for Kids with Cancer begins on Monday January 25, 2021 at 9am EST and finishes on Sunday March 29, 2021 at 5pm EST.
Registration will remain open until Monday March 15, 2021.
Registration is non-refundable, non-deferrable and non-transferrable.
Claiming badges for challenges is all based on the honour system. We trust you when you say that you completed a challenge. That is the fun of this event – get out and do the challenges and have fun. Earn as many badges as you can and be sure to take lots of pictures when you are doing them.
Only claim one badge per day.
One activity can only count for one badge.
Challenges
Where do I find information on challenges?
Login to your Breakaway Fundraising page.
Hover over your name in the top right corner.
Select “Manage my page” from the drop-down menu.
Click on “Complete activities” from the left-hand menu to see the list of challenges.
How much time do I have to complete the challenges?
You can complete challenges to claim badges from Monday January 25, 2020 at 9am EST until Sunday March 29, 2020 at 5pm EST. Challenges can be completed in any order.
How do I claim a challenge?
Login to your Breakaway Fundraising page.
Hover over your name in the top right corner.
Select “Manage my page” from the drop-down menu.
Click on “Complete activities” from the left-hand menu to see the list of challenges.
Find the challenge that you have completed and click on the image.
Follow the instructions to submit your challenge and earn your badge!
Make sure to click on the “Submit” or “Save” button to complete your challenge.
When you go back to the “Complete activities” page, your challenge should now show a checkmark over top of the challenge image.
