CHEFS CYCLE 2024

WHAT IS CHEFS CYCLE

Chefs Cycle is an annual fundraising campaign for No Kid Hungry driven by award-winning chefs and members of the culinary community. The campaign culminates in a 3-day cycling endurance ride along California’s stunning north coast, where participants of all abilities celebrate their fundraising achievements.

Riders agree to a $4,000 fundraising minimum, and have the opportunity to engage with No Kid Hungry's work first-hand through a local community service event.

WHY

No child should go hungry in America. But millions of kids in the United States live with hunger. No Kid Hungry is working to end childhood hunger by helping launch and improve programs that give all kids the healthy food they need to thrive. This is a problem we know how to solve. Chefs Cycle provides an opportunity for chefs and culinary professions to spearhead funding for No Kid Hungry’s mission and crucial work to end hunger in America.

No Kid Hungry is a campaign of Share Our Strength, an organization committed to ending hunger and poverty.

FUNDRAISING

With a focus on mission impact, riders agree to a registration fee of $100, and a fundraising minimum of $4,000. These funds will secure accommodations and entry into the ride, as well as support the No Kid Hungry campaign in ending childhood hunger in America.

The earlier you sign up, the more time you have to raise crucial funds above and beyond the $4,000 minimum - and we are here to help! The Chefs Cycle team supports all riders with fundraising resources, strategy calls, event-based fundraising support, and toolkits to master the art of fundraising, including how to host restaurant-based events or promotions supporting Chefs Cycle.

The $100 registration fee will go towards the required fundraising minimum. The fundraising minimum is required to be met by June 21, 2024.
