Join us on September 13, 2025, for a meaningful day in the heart of the capital. Led by the Ottawa Patient Support Group, you are invited to join us in walking to honour loved ones, connect with others who understand, and raise awareness for pulmonary fibrosis in your own community. Let’s build community and take hopeful steps forward—together.

During lunch, participants can also enjoy the Kids Zone with a variety of activities and a free martial arts self-defence demonstration.

**Same day registrants will receive lunch with a $20 donation.
