Join us on September 13, 2025, for a meaningful day in the heart of the capital. Led by the Ottawa Patient Support Group, this walk invites you to honour loved ones, connect with others who understand, and raise awareness in your own community. Let’s build community, raise awareness, and take hopeful steps forward—together.

During lunch, participants can also enjoy the Kids Zone with a variety of activities and a free martial arts self-defense demonstration.

**Same day registrants will receive lunch with a $20 donation.
