Tony served as Captain in the U.S. Air Force. He holds a BS from Carnegie Mellon University and a JD from Temple University School of Law. In the Air Force, during the Reagan years, Tony controlled the keys to 10 nuclear missiles pointed at the Soviet Union. Off duty, the keys started his Toyota.
