💸 The final push to fundraise is here! Reach out to friends, family, and employers for support in your effort to raise mad cash to fuel the Heart Strong grant. Share your "why" and even the "why" of this event to inspire your donors. Every dollar makes a difference!

🖍️ Each BIKE is provided blank signs to decorate to hang on their team bike(s). If you would like to get your sign(s) early to create, please contact Julie at 307-413-0441 or pick one up at VIM. ✍️

SATURDAY, MARCH 8TH, 2025:

4:30 PM ✅ Check-in officially opens for the 8th Annual Rock the Ride. Look for the colorful balloons at the Conference Center entrance. Registration can be found through that door on the left. Rock The Ride will be held just out the registration doors and to your right. EVERY PARTICIPANT MUST CHECK IN. Encourage your fans and supporters to stop in, purchase raffle tickets, donate to your team, and enjoy some of the fun! 🎉

• 🖍️ Sign decorating stations are available at check-in.
  
  
• 🍕 Graze on amazing food, espresso drinks, and cocoa from our generous sponsors.


• 💆‍♀️ Jackson Hole Mobile Massage will be offering complimentary 5-10 minute chair massages from 4:30-6:00 pm (gratuity accepted).


• 🎶 Enjoy music courtesy of Event DJ and Emcee, DJ MOJOE, while you gather and connect with your team and community.


• 🚴‍♀️ Choose your team bike(s) and prep your space.


• 📸 Say Cheese! The Photo Booth opens at 5:00 PM. Capture your Team Photos and get "Thank You" pics to share with your donors. Don’t forget to tag @rock.on.society in your posts and stories!


• 🎟️ Purchase Raffle tickets for your chance to win amazing prize packages ($5/each or 5 for $20).

Notes:

• 💦 Sweat towels, water, and water bottles will be provided. All bikes have SPD pedals on one side and athletic shoe cages on the other side. While some bikes may offer a triple link with Look Delta and Look KEO pedals, there is no guarantee you’ll get these options.
• 👜 A bag will be provided courtesy of Lululemon to store your belongings. Space in the event room is available to store your things.
