Rock the Ride 2025

THE WEEK OF:

The final push to fundraise is here! Reach out to friends, family and employers for support in your effort to raise mad-cash for local stroke and cardiac patients. Share your "why" and even the "why" of this event to inspire your donors. Every dollar makes a difference!

Each BIKE TEAM is provided a blank sign to decorate to hang on their team bike. If you would like to get your sign early to create, please contact Julie at 307-413-0441 or pick one up at VIM.

SATURDAY, MARCH 9TH, 2024:

3:30PM

Check-in officially opens for the 7th Annual Rock the Ride. Look for the colorful balloons at the hotel lobby entrance. Registration can be found through that door on the left. Rock the Ride will be held in the Wister Hall just out the registration doors and to your right. EVERY PARTICIPANT MUST CHECK IN. Encourage your fans and supporters to stop in, purchase raffle tickets, donate to your team and enjoy some of the fun!

> Graze on amazing food, espresso drinks and cocoa from our generous sponsors.

Jackson Hole Mobile Massage will be offering complementary 5-10 minute chair massages from 3:30-6:00pm *gratuity accepted

> Enjoy music courtesy of Event DJ and Emcee, DJ MOJOE while you gather and connect with your team and community.

> Choose your team bike and prep your space.

> Purchase Raffle tickets for your chance to win amazing prize packages ($5/each or 5 for $20).

*Sweat towels, water and water bottle provided. All bikes have SPD pedals on one side and athletic shoe cages on the other side. While some bikes offer a triple link with Look Delta and Look KEO pedals in addition, there is no guarantee you will get either of these options. 

*A bag will be provided courtesy of Lululemon to store your belongings. Space in the event room is available to store your things.
