TD IRONBEAR 30x30 CHALLENGE

Bear Boost mini-challenges occur every Thursday: choose 1 Boost or complete all 4 to increase your activity points! Remember to submit your Bear Boost within the "Record Fitness Activity" section of your page.


THURSDAY, Oct 22

  • One-on-One Hoops - Challenge mom, dad, or a sibling to a game of hoops 

  • Burpees - Do 3 sets of 10 burpees 

  • Bicycle Crunches - Do 3 sets of 40 bicycle crunches

  • Freeze Tag (For our young IRONBEARS) - get the entire family together for a fun game of freeze tag


THURSDAY, October 29

  • Family Stargazing Walk - Enjoy the evening stars while taking a family walk.  (Use an app, like SkyView Lite, to find constellations, planets, and more!)

  • Lunges - Do 3 sets of 30 lunges 

  • Plank It - Do a plank exercise for 1 minute; Repeat 3 times

  • SPUD (For our young IRONBEARS) - get the entire family together for a fun game of SPUD

THURSDAY, November 5

  • Dance Party - Play your favorite tunes and host a dance party in your living room! Be sure to mix in favorite tunes for all members of your family! 

  • Squat - Do 3 sets of 40 squats 

  • Mountain Climbers - Do as many mountain climbers as you can in 1 minute; Repeat 3 times

  • Simon Says (For our young IRONBEARS) - get the entire family together for a fun game of Simon Says

THURSDAY, November 12

  • Family Volleyball - Organize a family volleyball game; Track the number of spikes made by the entire family

  • Push-Ups - Do 3 sets of 25 push-ups

  • Toe Taps - Do as many toe taps as you can in 1 minute; Repeat 3 times

  • Red Light, Green Light (For our young IRONBEARS) - get the entire family together for a fun game of Red Light, Green Light
