As a result of registering by January 15, all player names confirmed with BBBS on each paid team are being entered into the Early-Bird registration giveaway. A winner will be drawn and contacted within 3 business days of the deadline. Good luck!

What you should do next:

Finish filling your team if all players are not confirmed at time of registration.

If teammates are responsible for paying their own registration fee, send them to www.triviaputtputt.org to “Register” and “Join Your Team”. They will need to have their credit card ready to pay the $30 fee and will need to search for your team name or your name.
If you paid for all players on your team, then you are all set, just make sure everyone knows your team name prior to Event Day.
IMPORTANT! Be sure to share your team name with all teammates. This name must be provided to “join a team” or “play the game” on event day.

Determine WHERE you will play…will it be social-distanced at one location or from separate locations (home, individual offices or conference rooms)?

Plan ahead! You will need TWO devices (connected to the internet) to play – a tablet, computer and/or smart phone is recommended. If you have the ability to open two screens on your computer that will also work just fine.

Each trivia session will begin on Zoom with instructions provided at the start of each session. You DO NOT need a Zoom account to play.
Each player on your team will submit answers from their own device, with players receiving a score based on accuracy and how fast he/she answers. Scores for each player on the team will be averaged together to calculate a team score.
If you and your teammates are playing from different locations: each player will need to two devices or the ability to open two screens; one to connect to Zoom and the other to play the game from a site called Crowdpurr.
If you and your teammates are gathering in one location: consider connecting and projecting Zoom on one screen for all to see and hear then ask players use their own smart phone, tablet or computer to answer the questions.
