Create a Gut Friendly World in your community! Get your family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors involved in the Gut Friendly Cooking Challenge. 

Pick a date now through May 19 and host a gut friendly fundraising event:

    • Invite your friends and family over for a gut friendly cooking class

    • Pick a few gut friendly recipes and host a dinner party

    • Share some gut friendly recipes with your friends and organize a cook-off

Use the Gut Friendly Recipes tool to plan your meals. Charge an entry fee or ask for donations to participate in your gut friendly event. Make sure your guests are sharing their meals on social media to raise awareness for World IBD Day!

Make a gut friendly world this World IBD Day by raising awareness and funds as you challenge yourself to cook seven gut friendly meals now through May 19.

How it works:

  1. Become a Fundraiser and register for the challenge. Share your fundraising page and encourage donations in support of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
  2. Browse through hundreds of gut friendly recipes using our Gut Friendly Recipes tool and create a seven-day meal plan.
  3. Share your meals on social media to raise awareness and ask for donations in support of your efforts. Use #WorldIBDDay so we can see your meals!
