Thank you for your generous contribution to AIDS WALK Charlotte. Your gift helps RAIN fulfill its mission to empower persons living with HIV and those at risk to be healthy and stigma free. RAIN's vision is to end HIV in our community. With advances in HIV treatment and prevention technologies, and the availability of supportive services that RAIN provides, this is an actual possibility in the future!

All funds raised through AIDS WALK Charlotte stay in our community and go to support the services and programs RAIN provides. Your gift makes a real impact in the lives of people living with HIV and those at risk. Through RAIN's services and programs, in 2024:

540 people living with HIV accessed vital medical care and supportive resources tailored for their individual needs.

1,550 individuals received free and confidential HIV and STI testing.

110 individuals who had fallen out of care or newly diagnosed were linked to treatment and other services.

249 people living with HIV gained health insurance that meets their unique health needs through our benefits advocacy program.

90 youth, adults and seniors engaged in mental health counseling either virtually or in person.

RAIN continues to remain relevant by keeping the needs of each individual at the forefront of how services are implemented and to show compassion for those who lack full access to resources, health and wellness; and who suffer from HIV stigma yet today.

Combined with hundreds of supporters, you are helping us reach our goal of $200,000.
