Raising money for this cause is special to me because De La Salle, NHS (National Honors Society), water polo, and tennis have all helped shape who I am and taught me the importance of giving back. Through these experiences, I’ve learned about leadership, teamwork, discipline, and using the opportunities I have to help others. They have helped me grow and realize that making a difference doesn’t always have to be something big—it starts with choosing to get involved and help where you can. I’m grateful for everything these communities have taught me, and I want to put those lessons into action by helping raise money for a cause that can make a real difference in people’s lives. This is my way of giving back and using what I’ve learned to help others.
