Grab your paddle and join us for an exciting day of pickleball in support of Castlewood Plays for Hope benefiting Hope Hospice. Featuring women’s and men’s divisions, this one-day tournament combines friendly competition, community, and purpose while raising funds to support compassionate care for local patients and families.

Whether you are playing for prizes, connecting with friends, or competing for bragging rights, your participation will help make a meaningful impact in the Tri-Valley community.

Tournament Format

• Doubles team competition
• Women’s and Men’s divisions
• Optional mixed doubles play if time allows
• Skill level divisions:
• Beginner to Intermediate
• Intermediate to Advanced
• Maximum capacity:
• 16 Women’s Teams
• 16 Men’s Teams

Play Format

• Pool play format with 4 teams per pool
• Teams play each opponent once
• Timed 20-minute games
• Highest point total wins
• Guaranteed 3 matches
• Top teams advance to semifinals and finals

Event Schedule

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Player arrival & check-in
• Welcome gifts, light breakfast, coffee & juice
• Court warm-ups and optional skills challenge

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Team matches begin

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Lunch provided

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoon team matches

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Semifinal and final matches
• Optional mixed doubles play if time allows

5:00 PM
• Awards presentation

Registration Fee

$250 per player through direct donation or peer-to-peer fundraising: once registered, you will receive your own fundraising page that can be easily shared with friends, family, colleagues, and fellow participants.

Registration includes event participation and admission for two (yourself and a guest) to the Sunday, August 30 dinner (gourmet dinner & hosted bar) and live auction at the Hill Clubhouse.
