Join us for Castlewood’s version of the “Big Break” during an exciting afternoon of golf competition, teamwork, and fun in support of Castlewood Plays for Hope benefiting Hope Hospice.

Designed for players of all skill levels, this interactive team challenge will test precision, strategy, and creativity across a variety of timed and measured golf skill stations. Teams will compete for top honors while enjoying a lively atmosphere filled with camaraderie, friendly competition, food, drinks, and fundraising activities supporting local patients and families throughout the Tri Valley.

Event Format

  • Team competition featuring 4 players per team
  • Open to players of all skill levels
  • Teams rotate through 8 golf skill stations
  • Challenges include:
    • Long drives
    • Chipping
    • Putting
    • Accuracy shots
  • Prizes awarded to the highest scoring teams

Event Schedule

12:30 PM
• Player arrival and check-in at the Valley Clubhouse

12:45 PM
• Introduction, rules review, and station assignments
• Light appetizers and drinks available under the tent

1:00 PM
• Competition begins

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Final scoring and results

5:30 PM
• Dinner, awards presentation, and live auction at the Hill Clubhouse

Registration Fee

$250 per player through direct donation or peer-to-peer fundraising: once registered, you will receive your own fundraising page that can be easily shared with friends, family, colleagues, and fellow participants.

Registration includes event participation and admission for two (yourself and a guest) to the Sunday, August 30 dinner (gourmet dinner & hosted bar) and live auction at the Hill Clubhouse.
