Hello Nova Scotia PF community! We are excited to announce the inaugural walk for pulmonary fibrosis in Canada's east coast. Hosted by the Campbell family in honour of Albert Campbell Sr. who passed away in 2017, this will be a morning of community, hope and fun for the whole family. You are invited to join the Campbells and many other PF supporters for a walk through Frost Park and along the historical waterfront.
Join us on our walk, or cheer on those who are walking, and enjoy FREE sandwiches and snacks afterwards.
IN PERSON WALK - SEPTEMBER 28, YARMOUTH, NOVA SCOTIA
Nova Scotians impacted by PF are breathless for change and have united to make this day possible. Together through this event, we will lift each other up, raise awareness, and funds for pulmonary fibrosis. On this day we will be paying tribute to those living with pulmonary fibrosis, those who have passed away, plus family, friends, and healthcare professionals who support them all.
FROST PARK, YARMOUTH, NOVA SCOTIA
We will be meeting by the entrance to the park near the parking lot. Attendees can park in the parking lot, on Water Street, or on Main Street. We will be walking approximately 1.5 km. We'll start in the park, walk down Main Street, to the waterfront, and back to the park. You are welcome to walk a portion of the loop, walk multiple laps, or have a seat and cheer on those who are walking.
